Hello to everyone. It has been a long time since I wrote. I was going to in Edmonton but our computer wasn't working most of the time. We had a great time in Edmonton. Our apartment was a very nice one but small. We where only the 3rd people to live in it since it had been redone. We had quite a few people stop and see us to so that was nice. We mostly stayed in Edmonton for church. Easter Sunday we went to Westlock for church and dinner. Kelly has a first cousin that lives there. Also one Saturday we went to Edburg for the day. Josh was gone every week end so that was nice to have the apartment to just us. We announced in Edmonton that we are having another baby. It will join our family in October. We are excited! I have been sick again so that part isn't just fun but oh well can't do anything about it. All of us but Josh got the flu while we where there. No fun to be sick when you can't be home. Heidi and I where both barfing but Kelly was really sick to his stomach. Kelly had to stay home from school one day to look after Heidi because I was to sick. Made it home safe and sound Saturday April 26. Since then Kelly has been busy in the fields doing seeding or working on the lathe. He got a few orders while we where gone to be done when we got home. I have been working a lot outside trying to get yard work done. Mary Jo came over one day and we stained our front deck. We have had company 2 of the 4 Sundays we have been home. All the family came over for Mother's Day so we had a full house. We had a new baby in our cong. born May 12 a boy Kai Dreydan. Heidi got a high fever the other week so I had a few sleepless nights. A little update on Heidi. She weighs 25 lbs 15 oz. She LOVES playing outside with her kitty which she calls Bar his name is Bart. She tells most everyone she meets at anytime of the day Hi. If I walk out of a room she will say "Hi" and walk on. She is down to one 2 hour nap a day. We don't rock her any more for bedtime. We just give her a bottle and tuck her into bed. I still rock her for naps but that only takes a couple of minutes. She loves it when her daddy comes home. She will run to meet him laughing. If she is outside when he leaves she thinks she is going along. I have let her sometimes and then I go pick her up in a bit. She has lots of light brown hair which is usually curly. Her blue eyes sparkle all the time. Kelly found out the other day that he passed his last year of school so he is now a Journeyman Machinist. He is very excited. Well that's about all I can think of to say. O for those that don't know Heather's wedding is taking place in Haiti June 22. All of the brothers and sisters are going. Two of us in laws are having babies so we are staying home. Even some of the Aunts and Uncles are going and maybe some first cousins. Well this all for now. Till next time.....

Monday February 24
Hello to everyone. Time to tell you all about our lives again. Life just never seems to slow down. I was looking over my calender for the last month and didn't see very many days where something was going on. We have had a lot of company this month for some reason. I guess It just seemed to work that way. Heather is busy trying to plan a wedding even tho they don't know when they can have it but they have to get prepared in case it goes fast. Right now they are planning on May 4. Kelly goes to school in Edmonton again starting March 3. So we will be moving back there for 8 weeks. Josh Toews from Crooked Creek will be living with us again. The first of the month Kelly and I made a quick trip the Edmonton to take a truck down for some work. Yes I said Kelly and I. We left Heidi overnight for the first time!!!! I felt quit brave on the outside but not on the inside. She stayed at Tonys and seemed quit happy there. Well now I am busy getting ready to go to Edmonton. I made 9 loaves of bread and 20 burittos so far. Not sure how much more I will do. I will have to take my sewing with me because I will need to sew for the wedding. My folks are planning on coming the 2nd or 3rd weekend to see us so I can't wait to show mom how big Heidi is. She is walking/running all over now. She knows how to open the door to let her kitty Bart in the house. She hates to wear socks and will usally take them off right after I put them on her. Her new favorite is to empty the bottom shelf of the bookcase and ' read ' books in her own way. She loves the cupboard with the bandaids in it and I will find bandaids all over my house. She also is really enjoying a cricket that my Grandpas gave her for Christmas. It has a string so she can pull it all over with her. The other evening we where in town and we ran into Goodwill and I found a little toy for her. The lady told me she could only have it for 1 dollar because she is so cute. Then we went to Subway for supper and one of the workers gave her a free cookie!!!!!! Well it is time for me to crawl into my warm bed. We are in middle of calving so things are busy right now. Till next time.......

Sunday January 12
Hello to all! Once again time had gotten away on me. I just read my last post so I will try and go back to then and update as I remember. We had a good set of meetings with ordination at the end. We got a minster AND a deacon. We feel very blessed now. I did all my Christmas sewing during meetings so was glad to have that done. Then I guess we where getting ready to go to Michigan for Christmas. We left December 17. Tickets where cheaper to leave early. Had a grand time with family. Darren and Lindsey got to come up for 3 days so that was lots of fun. Zach and Monica got there the same day we did. I guess we where mostly just with family. My baby girl turned ONE!!! Seems like she was just born!!! We had a party for her and gave her a cupcake to play with. She wasn't quit what to do with it but she had fun picking it to little pieces. The first Sunday there was an ice storm so no church. Uncle Doug's came from Kansas so it was fun be with them. Blake is in the unit so he was not there. The next weekend we all went to Goshen to see Darren's place. That was a fun trip. So I didn't get to church ever in Michigan to see my friends but I guess that's how it works. All to soon it was time to make the long trip home. We left December 31. Was nice to spend night in my own bed. We had Kelly's family Christmas the day after we got home. I did another party for Heidi with the Isaac family before Carissa had to leave. So we are getting back to normal life here now. With some exciting things to look forward to in the new year. Heather is getting married to Isaac from Haiti so we get another wedding in the family. Lorne and Elaine are having another baby in July. My first cousin Lynell had her baby on January 10 a boy Chase Rylan. Also we had another 2 babies in our congregation. One born November 30 a boy Bradin Cole and the other one born January 10 a girl Tessa Iris. It sounds like there is gonna be lots more babies coming this year. Not one from our family yet!!!! Yes I know I am writing this on Sunday but I am home sick with a cold so I need something to do. Hope you all have a wonderful New Year. Love from Kelly's
